platforms smoothly, train their teams effectively, and turn demo labs into
real commercial drivers.
I’m a freelance consultant with 8 years in IVD automation and medical
devices, working at the intersection of product management, clinical
workflows and commercial strategy.
I led go‑to‑market execution for automation platforms across 15+
subsidiaries, launched imaging, liquid handle and middleware systems,
and built a reference showroom that hosted over 100 international
customer visits in its first year.
I also served as a top‑rated trainer for 14 automation platforms, training
over 100 engineers, application specialists and medical professionals per
year on liquid handlers, microscopes, readers and middleware.
Recently, I added AI Project Management, Data Science and Scrum Master
(PSM‑I) certifications to better support data‑driven and agile product
teams.
EXPERIENCE
Led EMEA new product introduction for a liquid handler & imager reader. Including an OEM distribution partnership through cross-coordinating requirements, technical documentation and joint launch activities. Result: new white‑label revenue stream and successful launch through own subsidiaries and OEM partner.
Products launch & OEM partnership
Built and delivered EMEA training programs for automation devices, training ~100 engineers and specialists per year and running regular sessions for international sales teams. Supported >100 customer demos and helped translate field feedback into product improvements.
Training infrastructure for automation platforms
Co‑created a fully simulated automation showroom with structured workflows and SOPs, used as a global reference site. Hosted ~100 international customer visits in yearone and was recognised by leadership as a key commercial conversion driver.
HQ showroom & reference lab
Built Power BI dashboards to track revenue, installed base, funnel health and tender win rates across 15+ subsidiaries and distributor markets, giving product and regional leaders a clear view of where automation platforms were performing well and where additional support or resources were needed.
